PUPPIES

pup1 Welcome to Deep Run Farm Puppies. We usually have superb field-pedigreed puppies available sydney halloween

"Ever consider what they must think of us? I mean, here we come back from a grocery store with the most amazing haul chicken, pork, half a cow. They must think we're the greatest hunters on earth!" -- Anne Tyler

Our Labrador puppies are bred to give you the best possible Labrador pup that money can buy. If you want a hunt or field test dog, hunter/companion dog, obedience, agility, search and rescue dog, that can be your special friend and companion, a Deep Run puppy will be just right for you.

Our puppies are bred to provide you with a pup free of genetic defects, pleasing in appearance, and intelligent with a good attitude for learning. To the best of our knowledge, our breeding stock is free of common hereditary defects such as hip and elbow dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy, central retinal atrophy, cataracts, and thyroid disease as well as the less known problems such as labrador myopathy, muscular dystrophy, cardiomyopathy, and dwarfism. We have been breeding Labradors for twenty years and have faith in our breeding program.

"May we always have a young one full of promise to admit us to those places of wonderment only permissible while in the company of a Labrador" - Gene Hill from the epilogue of Richard's History of the Labrador.

Tutti (GMHRCH Silverbrook Return To Sender, MH x MHR-WR Deep Run Coventina, SH) is one of our most exciting young dogs. She is a very stylish working dog, with a spectacular water entry and tremendous marking ability. We are looking forward to completing her Master title this fall after finishing with this litter. Tutti inherited all the talent of her dad (Elvis) for perseverance and stamina and combined it with the skill and tractability of her mom (Tina). Tina is the personal hunting dog and family pet of Jim VanDer Giessen, Tina's skills as a superior shooting companion for dove, pheasant, ducks, geese and sandhill cranes are well appreciated by Jim and his hunting companions. Tutti's pedigree also includes FC AFC MHR Risky Business Rascal, MH. Many dogs in Tutti's pedigree are natural pointing dogs.
Tutti promises to be the same sweet and gentle companion and fierce huntress as her parents. We also look forward to an exciting Hunt Test and Field Trial career for her.
Tutti is OFA Good, OFA Elbows, and CERF.

Pups are handled and well socialized, introduced to the collar and leash and pigeons before they leave. Weather permitting, they are also introduced to the water. Most puppies are sold before they are old enough to leave, so we recommend a deposit as soon as you decide on a litter.
