HUNTING RETRIEVER TRAINING SEMINAR

Recently, Deep Run Farm presented a 2 day seminar on retriever training for competition and sport. Participants brought their dogs for practice and problem solving as a portion of each day was devoted to working with dogs. It was a "hands on" clinic; dogs participated as the owners learned proper training and problem correction techniques. All the 'volunteer' dogs showed impressive results after only short obedience sessions.
Owners learned how to properly start a hunting retriever puppy and how to train their dog with a remote trainer to the level of an accomplished hunting companion that is steady, delivers to hand, does multiple marks and simple blind retrieves. The seminar wound up with special feature presentations on current health care issues such as diet, supplements, new concepts in health care, and first aid.

If you are interested in receiving notice of upcoming seminars, please be sure your name is on our mailing list.
